Keady Transportation Consulting
7718 W 83rd Street, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293
We provide a wide variety of marketing, re-engineering and operational services to major clients, primarily in the transportation industry.
Travel Consulting
We are in the middle of a major shift to work at home, online travel. While theoretically this should reduce travel expenses, the reduction in available flights and need to coordinate simultaneous global communications requires a relook at current travel policies with the goal of a cohesive, streamlined policy. Questions such as travel vs. teleconference, nonstop flights vs. connections and the need for physical distancing all require a consulting firm totally up-to-date on the latest developments. We are that firm.
Airline Consulting
Airlines are currently adrift. Planes are grounded, finances dire and route planning and scheduling totally unknowable. With major layoffs, airlines may be disorganized and unable to forecast and plan. Our cadre of airline veterans can help guide struggling airlines through the current situation and provide a logical framework for the future. Experts in route scheduling, international route development, airline economics and finance, fleet optimization and maintenance are areas of our expertise.
Airport Consulting
Currently no airport has all the air service it needs. There will be intense competition to obtain an equally rare number of available aircraft. Our experts in this field have several hundred years of aviation experience and include proficiency in demographics, aircraft and airline economics, airport operations, airport marketing and communications
